Maintain peak performance and flight reliability with Coptrz’s drone service for your Parrot ANAFI Ai aircraft. Our Technical Team conducts a comprehensive inspection tailored to medium-class aircraft, focusing on structural integrity, landing gear and camera systems to ensure mission-readiness every time.
This service includes one drone, two batteries and one controller.
For each additional battery (pair), controller or other accessory, there is an additional cost of £30 per item.
This detailed service covers the key performance and safety components of your medium drone:
- Landing Gear Check: Inspects deployment mechanisms and stability systems
- Structural Integrity Review: Examines the aircraft frame and arms for damage, fatigue or wear
- Camera System Evaluation: Verifies sensor clarity, mount alignment and gimbal performance

Cable and Connector Check: Ensures signal pathways are intact and secure
- Firmware and System Updates: Aligns your aircraft with the latest updates and calibrations
Every service ends with a Certificate of Service for your records. Please note, this is not an official certificate and cannot be used as such.
We also offer two service levels to suit your operational needs:
- Standard Service: 3 working days turnaround from the date your drone is received.
- Express Service: Same-day turnaround when your drone is delivered to us before 12pm.

This drone service plan must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This product is exempt from delivery charges at checkout on shop.coptrz.com. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier delivery of their drone equipment to Coptrz’s technical team based in Leeds. Coptrz does not arrange inbound courier services.
Our business address and any required shipping details will be provided by the Coptrz team when you contact us to arrange your drone servicing.
A return shipping fee of £22 (incl. VAT) will be charged once your drone has been serviced or repaired. This covers insured courier delivery back to the customer.
Scheduling your service: Once your purchase is complete, customers must contact the Coptrz support team to arrange their drone service within the 12-month redemption period. Email services@coptrz.com or call 0330 111 7177. Our support desk is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
