    DESCRIPTION

    The DJI O4 Ground Station is engineered to overcome signal limits and keep enterprise drone operations connected in the most demanding environments. Its 12-antenna array with automatic multi-band selection delivers robust, interference-resistant transmission, while the new Gateway Mode links directly to FlightHub 2 to remove deployment barriers and streamline remote missions. Relay Mode extends coverage where connectivity is scarce, supporting reliable offline reach across expansive sites.     DELIVERY & RETURNS

    DELIVERY

    Standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £99. For orders below £99, our standard shipping is £5.99. Most UK shipments are sent via next working day delivery. Free shipping does not apply to equipment hire orders.

    Online orders placed by 12.30pm will be dispatched same day from our warehouse/distribution partners. Orders placed after 12.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    Your order should be with you on the next working day from dispatch. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, then please log-in to your account and you will be able to find the status there. If you checked-out as a guest and/or don't have an account, then please get in touch for help by contacting our team at services@coptrz.com.

    Currently we only ship to the UK but hopefully soon we'll be in more countries.

    Digital products purchased on shop.coptrz.com like online training courses (incl. F2F training courses), drone service plans and e-gift vouchers are exempt from shipping costs, no matter their selling price.

    Please note that our next working day delivery does not apply to all UK postcodes. Orders being delivered to Northern Ireland will arrive within 2 working days from dispatch. Orders being delivered to the following locations in Scotland will arrive within 2 to 5 working days from dispatch:

    We're committed to making your shopping experience seamless. Coptrz has a 30-day return policy for consumer purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (unless the product is faulty). If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.     Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned under this policy, such as custom-made goods, training courses or activated drones/software. For detailed terms and guidance, feel free to contact us at services@coptrz.com. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least 3 to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once it has been approved by our team.

    What is the LAN port on DJI O4 Ground Station used for?
    1. Connecting IP cameras that support the ONVIF or GB/T 28181 protocol.
    2. Connecting third-party devices developed based on the ESDK 2.0.
    3. Receiving power input from a PoE+ (or higher) power supply.

    What is the WAN port on DJI O4 Ground Station used for?
    1. Connecting a network switch for internet access.
    2. Receiving power input from a PoE+ (or higher) power supply.

    Can DJI O4 Ground Station continue to be used after a PoE power outage?
    Yes.
    1. DJI O4 Ground Station has a built-in backup battery. In the event of a power outage, the station can continue operating for approximately 45 minutes in Gateway Mode and 30 minutes in Relay Mode.
    2. Once PoE power is restored, the device will wake up and restart automatically*.

    How do I switch the operating mode on DJI O4 Ground Station?
    Three methods are supported:
    1. Press the power button three times consecutively.
    2. Connect the station to an Android phone using a USB-C to USB-C cable, and switch modes via the DJI Enterprise app.
    3. Connect the station to a PC and switch modes using DJI Assistant 2 (Enterprise Series).

    Does DJI O4 Ground Station support the Base Station and Rover Station modes of D-RTK 3?
    No.

    How to conduct site evaluation and selection when installing DJI O4 Ground Station?
    1. Gateway Mode:Enable the Signal Map feature in DJI FlightHub 2. After a flight, the Signal Map visually highlights weak coverage zones within the operating area, which can be used as a reference for selecting deployment locations.
    2. Relay Mode:You can use the Matrice 4D Series aircraft and the remote controller to conduct site evaluation and selection at the intended relay deployment location based on the DJI Pilot 2 app instructions, and deploy the relay station according to the site selection results.

    What app is used for deploying DJI O4 Ground Station?
    Deployment and commissioning are performed using the DJI Enterprise app (requires an Android phone). Once deployed, operational validation can be conducted on DJI FlightHub 2 or other supported cloud platforms*.

    Which frequencies does the OcuSync external directional antenna on DJI O4 Ground Station support? Can it be replaced with a third-party antenna?
    The external directional antenna supports sub2G, 2.4 GHz, 5.2 GHz, 5.8 GHz, and other frequency bands*.The antenna uses a standard reverse polarity SMA connector. If a third-party antenna is required, it must be connected using a compatible standard SMA connector.

    How do I install and remove the DJI O4 Ground Station's external OcuSync directional antennas? What tools are needed, and what is the recommended torque for installation?
    Use a 13mm open-ended wrench for installing and removing the antennas. It is recommended to tighten it with a torque of 15 kgf·cm (1.4 N·m).

    Under what conditions is the IP67 rating of DJI O4 Ground Station achieved?
    1. When connecting an Ethernet cable, use the included cable connector (corrugated tubing and corrugated tubing plug).
    2. The cable must be Cat 6 or above outdoor-rated, waterproof twisted-pair cable with an outer diameter of 5.5 to 6.5 mm.
    3. Ensure all rubber port covers and the DJI Cellular Dongle 2 heat sink are properly installed.
    4. Unused WAN/LAN port screws must be fully tightened.

    Do I need to re-link devices after replacing the aircraft or dock?
    1. Gateway Mode:Replacing DJI Dock 3 and its paired aircraft does not require re-linking.
    2. Relay Mode:
    Replacing the aircraft does not require re-linking with DJI O4 Ground Station. The aircraft will automatically re-link to the ground station once linked with the dock.
    Replacing the dock requires re-linking DJI O4 Ground Station with the new dock. This can also be done via Remote Access by scanning for nearby DJI O4 Ground Stations*, instead of using the pairing button.

    How does DJI O4 Ground Station differ from the D-RTK 3 Relay Fixed Deployment Version?
    1. Operating Modes:The D-RTK 3 Relay Fixed Deployment Version only supports relay station mode and is mainly used for fixed deployment of DJI Dock 3. DJI O4 Ground Station supports both Gateway Mode and Relay Mode and is compatible with DJI Dock 3 and multiple aircraft models*.
    2. Video Transmission Frequencies:D-RTK 3 Relay Fixed Deployment Version supports 2.4 GHz, 5.2 GHz, and 5.8 GHz. DJI O4 Ground Station adds sub2G band support**.
    3. Additional Features:DJI O4 Ground Station supports a smart low-power mode. When no aircraft is connected, standby power consumption is as low as 7 W***. It also supports connectivity with standard IP cameras (ONVIF and GB/T 28181 protocols) and third-party devices developed based on the ESDK 2.0.

    Which aircraft and docks are compatible with DJI O4 Ground Station?
    1. Gateway Mode: DJI Dock 3.
    2. Relay Mode*: DJI Dock 3, Matrice 400, Matrice 4E, Matrice 4T, Matrice 4D/4TD (DJI RC Plus 2 Enterprise), and FlyCart 100.

    How do I activate DJI O4 Ground Station?
    Connect DJI O4 Ground Station to an Android phone using the included USB-C cable, then open the DJI Enterprise app to complete activation.

    Does DJI O4 Ground Station support RTK positioning for aircraft?
    Yes. In both Gateway Mode and Relay Mode, after position calibration, the ground station can provide RTK reference data to connected aircraft.

    What is the signal coverage range of DJI O4 Ground Station?
    1. Between Matrice 400* and O4 Ground Station: 40 km**
    2. Between other aircraft*** and O4 Ground Station: 30 km**
    3. Between the remote controller/DJI Dock 3 and O4 Ground Station (Relay Mode)****: Recommended within 1 km; maximum 3 km (unobstructed, free of interference)

    What operating modes does DJI O4 Ground Station support, and what are their use cases?
    1. Gateway Mode:DJI O4 Ground Station connects to DJI FlightHub 2* via Ethernet or the DJI Cellular Dongle 2**. Aircraft operating with DJI Dock 3 can use the ground station as a relay for extended-range video transmission.
    2. Relay Mode***:No internet connection required. DJI O4 Ground Station can be positioned at an elevated location to serve as a communication relay for aircraft, working in conjunction with a remote controller or dock to overcome signal obstructions.

    Are there any distance restrictions for deploying DJI O4 Ground Station relative to DJI Dock 3?
    1. Gateway Mode:Deployment distance is flexible. The ground station can be deployed in areas with weak signal coverage within the operating zone to extend transmission range.2. Relay Mode:It is recommended to deploy the ground station within 1 km of DJI Dock 3, with no obstructions or interference between the dock and the ground station.

    How many aircraft can DJI O4 Ground Station connect to simultaneously?
    1. Relay Mode:Only one aircraft can be connected at a time. Compatible remote controllers or docks* within a 1 km radius can connect via Remote Access, enabling multiple devices to share a single ground station sequentially.
    2. Gateway Mode:Only one aircraft can be connected at a time. DJI Dock 3 units and their aircraft within the same organization can connect to the ground station at different times, enabling sequential multi-device operation.
