We’ve kept our Price Match terms clear and straightforward. Here are the key points:

We match against UK-based retailers only, selling products for the UK market

The item must be exactly the same, including model number and specifications. The product must also be unused and in new condition; therefore, refurbished products are not eligible for Price Match

It must be in stock and available to order that same day

The price must be visible online. We don’t match in-store only offers or exclusive membership deals

We also don’t match prices from trade-only websites or schemes
- Our Price Match Guarantee scheme does not apply to enterprise products (e.g. hardware, software, etc.), servicing/repairs, rentals and training courses.
