DESCRIPTION
Maximise uptime, flight safety and operational performance with Coptrz’s drone service for your DJI Matrice 300/350 series aircraft. This service plan includes in-depth checks of your drone's structure, casing, motor systems, as well as precise compass and IMU calibrations to ensure your aircraft remains dependable and mission-ready.
This service includes one drone, two batteries, one controller and one payload.
For each additional battery (pair), controller or other accessory, there is an additional cost of £30 per item.
This high-level inspection is tailored for heavy-lift enterprise drones, covering core components critical to flight performance:
- Structural & Casing Assessment: We check the airframe for stress, damage or fatigue
- Motor Function Test: Motors are assessed for power delivery, noise levels and rotation balance
- Compass & IMU Calibration: Ensures precise positioning, orientation and flight control
- Landing Gear Inspection: Verifies deployment reliability and landing stability
- Cable & Connector Review: Checks for secure, functional connectivity across systems

Firmware Updates: Applies the latest system software for optimal operation from drone manufacturers
Every service ends with a Certificate of Service for your records. Please note, this is not an official certificate and cannot be used as such.
We also offer two service levels to suit your operational needs:
- Standard Service: 3 working days turnaround from the date your drone is received.
- Express Service: Same-day turnaround when your drone is delivered to us before 12pm.

This drone service plan must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This product is exempt from delivery charges at checkout on shop.coptrz.com. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier delivery of their drone equipment to Coptrz’s technical team based in Leeds. Coptrz does not arrange inbound courier services.
Our business address and any required shipping details will be provided by the Coptrz team when you contact us to arrange your drone servicing.
A return shipping fee of £22 (incl. VAT) will be charged once your drone has been serviced or repaired. This covers insured courier delivery back to the customer.
