When does the Black Friday sale start and end?
Wednesday 26th November - Monday 1st December 2025.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently, we only ship online orders within the UK that are placed on shop.coptrz.com. For product enquiries outside the UK, please contact our team for more information at sales@coptrz.com.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £99. For orders below £99, our standard shipping is £5.99. Digital products purchased on shop.coptrz.com like online training courses are exempt from shipping costs, no matter their selling price.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed by 12:30pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Your order should be with you on the next working day from dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please check our returns policy page for detailed information here.
