DESCRIPTION
The Coptrz Technical Team will inspect your DJI Mini Series drone to ensure it is flight ready as part of this drone service. This covers structural checks, motor and battery testing, software updates and camera calibration.
This service includes one drone, one battery and one controller.
For each additional battery, controller or other accessory, there is an additional cost of £30 per item.
Our drone service delivers a full technical inspection from the trusted Coptrz Technical Team. We deep-dive into your drone's key components:
- Structural & Casing Check: We examine your drone's frame and outer shell for any signs of damage, wear or fatigue.
- Motor & Battery Evaluation: Our technicians test motor functionality and battery health to ensure power delivery is consistent and safe.
- Cable & Connector Review: All internal and external connections are checked to maintain signal integrity and operational stability.
- Software & Firmware Updates: We apply essential updates and perform calibration tasks, aligning your drone with the latest standards from drone manufacturers.

Camera Functionality Test: Visual systems are inspected to verify image clarity and gimbal performance.
Every service ends with a Certificate of Service for your records. Please note, this is not an official certificate and cannot be used as such.
We also offer two service levels to suit your operational needs:
- Standard Service: 3 working days turnaround from the date your drone is received.
- Express Service: Same-day turnaround when your drone is delivered to us before 12pm.

This drone service plan must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This product is exempt from delivery charges at checkout on shop.coptrz.com. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for courier delivery of their drone equipment to Coptrz’s technical team based in Leeds. Coptrz does not arrange inbound courier services.
Our business address and any required shipping details will be provided by the Coptrz team when you contact us to arrange your drone servicing.
A return shipping fee of £22 (incl. VAT) will be charged once your drone has been serviced or repaired. This covers insured courier delivery back to the customer.
