DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery and Returns

A fixed £44 charge will be added at checkout to cover the total cost of delivery and collection of your hire equipment.

Delivery

Delivery takes place from the Coptrz address unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Equipment will only be dispatched once full payment or a valid purchase order has been received (where payment terms have been agreed prior to the Hire Period).
We aim to deliver on or around your estimated delivery date, although specific dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery costs from Coptrz to your operating location are included within the £44 fee.
The Customer is responsible for all loading and unloading during the Hire Period, except for the initial loading at Coptrz.
Equipment is deemed to be received in good working order unless written notice of any issue is provided within 8 hours of delivery.

Returns and Collection

Coptrz will arrange the courier collection on your scheduled return date.
The Customer must securely package all equipment before the courier arrives to collect it.
The Customer is responsible for any damage to the equipment during the Hire Period and during return shipping.
Coptrz will invoice for any damage on proforma terms.
Late returns will incur additional charges:

How Our Drone Hire Process Works

Step 1: Choose Your Equipment

Begin by selecting the rental equipment from the range of high-quality drones and accessories.

Step 2: Specify Rental Duration

After selecting your equipment, specify the rental duration. Our packages are available exclusively in full-week blocks, with the option to extend across multiple weeks.

Important: All rentals must be confirmed at least 96 working hours before the shipping date, including the submission and approval of necessary documents. Confirmation will be sent via email. For urgent needs, please contact our team on 0330 111 7177 to check availability.

Step 3: Submit Required Documentation

Before your rental can be dispatched, you need to upload and have the following documents approved at least 72 working hours prior using the rental document upload form link provided in your order confirmation email:

Drone Training Certification: All drone hire bookings from Coptrz require the hirer, or any individual operating the hired equipment, to hold either a valid CAA General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) or a Level 1 Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC-L1).
UK Drone Registration: You must label your operator ID (person or organisation) on every drone you are responsible for. Any operator flying the drone must have a valid flyer ID (via the CAA's drone registration website).
Insurance Policy: Valid policy covering the rental period.

Pay £99 Deposit (Refundable)

A £99 deposit is required for each drone rental, refundable upon the safe return of the equipment. Ensure all data is removed from the drone before returning it.

Receive Your Equipment

Your equipment will be shipped via next-day delivery, and we provide a collection service for returns. Delivery and collection fees will be added at checkout before booking confirmation.

Return Your Equipment

Repackage all rental equipment by 9am on the return day for DPD courier collection from the agreed location. If there are any changes, contact us as soon as possible.

Please remove all data from controllers, memory cards, internal storage, and logs before returning the equipment.

Any rental costs are without delivery and collection costs. A fixed £44 charge will be added at checkout to cover the total cost of delivery and collection of your hire equipment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the ingress protection (IP) rating of M350 RTK? Can I fly the drone in the rain?
M350 RTK is IP55 rated.

*The IP rating is not permanently effective and may decrease due to wear and tear. Do not fly in rain heavier than 100 mm/24 hr.

Which payloads are compatible with M350 RTK?
Zenmuse H20N, Zenmuse L1, Zenmuse P1, Zenmuse H20/H20T, and third-party payloads developed based on the Payload SDK.

Can I use the TB65 Intelligent Flight Battery in low-temperature environments?
Yes. The operating temperature of the TB65 Intelligent Flight Battery is -20° to 50° C (-4° to 122° F). When the battery is used in low-temperature environments, the battery life will be reduced. Please schedule the flight time properly. To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the battery temperature above 15° C (59° F) before flying.

For charging in environments of -20° to 5° C (-4° to 41° F), the battery will automatically heat up before starting the charging process. Once installed on the aircraft and powered on, the battery, if at a low temperature, will automatically heat up to maintain a temperature of approximately 16° to 20° C (60.8° to 68° F).

Which propellers come with M350 RTK?
M350 RTK comes with the standard 2110s Propellers. You can also use the optional 2112 High-Altitude Low-Noise Propellers.

Does M350 RTK support the TB60 Intelligent Flight Battery?
Yes, but only two TB60 batteries can be used simultaneously. Do not mix TB60 and TB65 batteries during use.

How many payloads can be mounted on M350 RTK simultaneously?
M350 RTK supports mounting up to three payloads simultaneously, with the single upward gimbal and dual downward gimbals used together.

Can I use M350 RTK for precision surveying?
M350 RTK can perform precision surveying when equipped with Zenmuse P1, Zenmuse L1, or a third-party payload developed based on the Payload SDK. For details, please leave your contact information at the bottom of the page, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Does M350 RTK support the post-processed kinematic (PPK) technology?
When M350 RTK is mounted with Zenmuse P1 or Zenmuse L1, the task folder stores photos/point clouds, GNSS observations, and image log files, which are used for PPK post-processing calculations.

How does M350 RTK obtain real-time differential data?
M350 RTK supports obtaining real-time differential data in the following ways:

Connect the aircraft to the D-RTK 2 Mobile Station (supporting RTCM3.2 protocol) via DJI Pilot 2.
Connect the remote controller to the custom Network RTK service based on NTRIP protocol (supporting RTCM3.0/RTCM3.1/RTCM3.2 protocols) via a Wi-Fi hotspot.
