DESCRIPTION

Maintain peak performance and flight reliability with Coptrz’s Medium Drone Service. Our Technical Team conducts a comprehensive inspection tailored to medium-class aircraft, focusing on structural integrity, landing gear and camera systems to ensure mission-readiness every time.

Applicable drones are: DJI Matrice 3D, DJI Matrice 3TD, DJI Matrice 30, DJI Matrice 30T, DJI Matrice 4E, DJI Matrice 4T, DJI Matrice 4D, DJI Matrice 4TD, DJI Inspire 3, and DJI Inspire 2.

This service includes one drone, two batteries and one controller.

For each additional battery (pair), controller or other accessory, there is an additional cost of £20 per item.

This detailed service covers the key performance and safety components of your DJI medium drone:

  • Landing Gear Check: Inspects deployment mechanisms and stability systems
  • Structural Integrity Review: Examines the aircraft frame and arms for damage, fatigue or wear
  • Camera System Evaluation: Verifies sensor clarity, mount alignment and gimbal performance
  • Cable and Connector Check: Ensures signal pathways are intact and secure
  • Firmware and System Updates: Aligns your aircraft with the latest DJI updates and calibrations

Every service ends with a Certificate of Service for your records. Please note, this is not an official certificate and cannot be used as such.

The Medium Drone Service plan must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY
    Standard delivery is FREE on all UK orders over £99. For orders below £99, our standard shipping is £5.99. All shipments are sent via next day delivery in the UK. Orders placed by 12.30pm will be dispatched same day from our warehouse/distribution partners. Orders placed after 12.30pm will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Your order should be with you on the next working day from dispatch. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days, then please log-in to your account and you will be able to find the status there. If you checked-out as a guest and/or don't have an account, then please get in touch for help by contacting our team at services@coptrz.com. Currently we only ship to the UK but hopefully soon we'll be in more countries. Digital products purchased on shop.coptrz.com like online training courses, drone service plans and e-gift vouchers are exempt from shipping costs, no matter their selling price.
RETURNS

We’re committed to making your shopping experience seamless. Coptrz has a 30-day return policy for consumer purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (unless the product is faulty). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at services@coptrz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at services@coptrz.com. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under this policy, such as custom-made goods or activated drones/software. For detailed terms and guidance, feel free to contact us at services@coptrz.com. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How Long Does A Drone Service Take?
Our standard turnaround time for drone servicing is within 10 working days. If your equipment requires repairs, it will enter our repair queue following your approval, and the overall timeframe may extend to a maximum of 28 working days.

How Do I Book My Drone In For A Service?
To book your drone service, contact us at services@coptrz.com or call 0330 111 7177.

You will need to send your equipment at your own cost to our technical team based in Leeds. Our business address will be provided to you by our team with any other details when arranging your drone servicing with us. A return shipping fee of £22 (incl. VAT) will be charged once your drone has been serviced or repaired.

How Often Should I Service My Drone?
For optimal performance and reliability, we recommend servicing your drone every 6 to 12 months or after 200 to 400 flight hours.

If you're flying frequently, more regular checks are advised.

For commercial operators, a service every six months helps maintain peak operational standards and minimises the risk of unexpected downtime.
