How Do I Find Out If My Drone Is Under Warranty?

Contact us at services@coptrz.com and we’ll check on the status of your warranty. If it’s urgent then please call our team and press 4 for Technical Support on 0330 912 4602.

How Do I Check On My Repair?

Create a login when you submit your repair request and use the same login to check on the status of your repair here. If you forget your password then use the ‘forget password’ and the email you used to submit your ticket.

When Will You Get Back To Me About My Repair?

We’ll get back to you within one working day from when you submit the ticket.

What Should I Do If My Drone Is Damaged By Water?

For instances involving water damage, our professional recommendation is to replace the entire unit. Water damage can have a significant impact on the internal components and functionality of the drone. Even if the external damage seems minimal, water can seep into sensitive areas, causing long-term issues that may not be immediately apparent. By replacing the entire unit, you can ensure reliable performance and mitigate the risk of future complications associated with water damage.

The cost for your service depends on the aircraft in question.

For a small drone e.g. Mavic Enterprise – £195 ex vat 

For a medium/large drone e.g. M30T/M300 – £245 ex vat

How Often Should I Service My Drone To Prevent Major Repairs?

Coptrz recommends that you book your drone in for a service at least once every 12 months. If you are using your drone commercially and regularly then we’d recommend a regular
service (every 6 months) in order to maintain the condition of your drone.

In many cases, minor repairs can be completed within 3 working days. However, for more extensive repairs or if required to go back to the manufacturer, the repair process may take longer but we will keep you updated.

The cost of repairing your drone can vary depending on several factors such as the brand, model, and the nature of the damage. Please keep in mind that the actual cost can only be determined after a thorough assessment of your drone’s condition and the specific repairs required. My Drone Crashed. Can It Be Repaired?

The repairability of your drone would depend on the extent of the damage it has incurred. To begin the assessment process, we kindly request that you provide us with images of the damage when you get submit your repair. Based on the information gathered, we will determine whether the repair can be carried out in-house or if it needs to be addressed at the manufacturer’s repair centre.
